By registering, participants confirm that the information they provide is accurate and up-to-date. This is what allows us to handle all documents effortlessly and design hassle-free registration procedures. All participant data has proper security measures, with strict compliance with corporate data protection policy.
Acknowledgments of registrations are made when all payments are fully received. To make your stay and experience here absolutely smooth, please note that all fees are fully paid at least 3 days before the event begins.
We know things can change. You may read our thorough Cancellation Policy for details regarding cancellation and refund.
Scope Conferences ensure that your financial information remains safe and secure. Conferences only accept payments by secure verified payment gateways. The participant, once registered, agrees to make use of these secure gateways and understands that such transactions are processed securely under industry standards.
In case any problem occurs, participants can log a refund request through the payment portal after registering. Our organization will not process the direct refund; therefore, the participants have to comply with the rules and conditions of the specific portal for a refund.
We ensure all data from participants is secure and confidential. By proceeding to register, participants accept that we have a process concerning a secure transaction process.

At Scope Conferences, we aim to create a relevant and meaningful space for participants from all walks of professional life to exchange knowledge. We at Scope Conferences host events that are non-commercial. These events are designed and customized to further education, collaboration, and innovation across different disciplines.
You agree that the registration is strictly personal or for members of your group who have registered. You are not to share access and material related to events with an unregistered individual to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of the value that each experience.
All our content and materials that have been shared within our events carry a strict confidentiality binding policy. We promised them the protection of sensitive information, hence the nurturing of an environment where stakeholders are secure enough to contribute toward open discussion and breakthrough insights.
At Scope Conferences, we value every participant and understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To provide clarity and maintain fairness, our cancellation policy is as follows:
For cancellations received 5 months or more before the event date, a full refund of the registration fee will be issued, minus any applicable service charges and taxes.
For cancellations received between 5 and 3 months before the event, a 50% refund of the registration fee will be issued, minus applicable service charges and taxes.
Cancellations made within 60 days of the event are non-refundable. At this stage, facilities, venues, and resources have been allocated specifically for each participant.
Scope Conferences endeavors to make all our events productive and inclusive. We reserve the right to admit or refuse admission to any person, group, institution, or organization at our discretion so that all attendees have a good experience. The right to reserve or decline participation shall not be subject to any obligation to give a reason for doing so.
Our main purpose is to provide a learning, networking, and collaborative environment. We are dedicated to our event standards to ensure that every participant experiences a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
At Scope Conferences, we prioritize the safety and well-being of all participants and contributors. However, in the rare event that unforeseen circumstances beyond our control—such as natural disasters, acts of God, wars, national emergencies, acts of terrorism, fires, floods, strikes, civil unrest, or political disturbances—necessitate the cancellation of an event, these situations are deemed Force Majeure.
In the event of a Force Majeure, Scope Conferences cannot be held liable or financially accountable to the participants, delegates, and contributors who might have participated in organizing the event. Refund or compensation is not considered as it is beyond our control.
We appreciate your understanding and look forward to ensuring complete transparency and working in favor of the general safety and interest of everyone.
The final refund amount and eligibility depend on Scope Conferences internal cancellation policy, which participants agree to at the time of registration. Razorpay and CCAvenue serve solely as payment processors and are not liable for disputes related to cancellations, refund approvals, or non-fulfillment of services by Scope Conferences.
