Refund Policy for Payments via Razorpay and CCAvenue​

When making payments for Scope Conferences via Razorpay or CCAvenue, participants agree to the refund terms outlined below. These policies apply to transactions completed through these secure payment gateways and are subject to the guidelines established by each provider.

Refund requests for transactions processed through Razorpay must be initiated directly with Scope Conferences by contacting our support team at contact@scopeconferences.org. Once we review and approve the request based on our internal policy, we will proceed with the refund process through Razorpay.

  Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval. However, this timeline may vary depending on Razorpay’s policies and the participant’s bank’s internal processing times.

Any transaction fees charged by Razorpay for the initial payment may not be refundable. Participants are advised to check with Razorpay for specific terms regarding transaction fees.

Participants will receive email notifications confirming the status of their refund, including approval and completion.

In case of disputes, participants are encouraged to contact Scope Conferences directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank, as chargebacks may complicate the refund process.

For payments made via CCAvenue, refund requests must also be submitted to Scope Conferences. Upon our review and approval, the refund will be processed through the CCAvenue portal.

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary based on CCAvenue’s refund policies and participant banking procedures.

Transaction fees associated with payments made through CCAvenue may not be refundable. Participants should review CCAvenue’s fee policies for more detailed information.

Participants will be notified of their refund status by email, including confirmation of approval and final processing.

In case of any payment dispute, participants are encouraged to reach out to Scope Conferences directly. For escalated issues, CCAvenue’s customer support may be contacted for assistance as outlined in their support guidelines.

Additional Non-Refundable Situations​

In cases where the event is postponed due to unforeseeable and unavoidable circumstances, refunds are not issued, and the registration may be applied toward the rescheduled event.

Payments made for E-Poster participation and discounted registrations are non-refundable.
